Call Tracking

Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:• Responding to and managing inquiries
• Internal sales processes and follow-up
• Operational capacity and service deliveryPerformance may be affected by response times and internal processes.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
We are responsible for generating and tracking inquiries, not for sales outcomes, closing rates, or revenue generated.Any performance targets or guarantees are defined separately in written agreements.
Implementation Changes
We may make minor modifications to website elements (such as forms) to support tracking and performance measurement.
30-Day Inquiry Target, Guarantee & Billing
For new client engagements, a 30-day inquiry target may be agreed upon prior to launch. This target is based on factors such as service area, services offered, and available data.
Definition of Inquiries
Countable inquiries are defined as calls and form submissions attributed to Google Ads for agreed services within the agreed service area, as measured through tracking systems and reasonable review.Due to the nature of lead generation, not all inquiries can be perfectly verified or qualified. A reasonable buffer is built into targets to account for normal variation.
Guarantee Scope
If the agreed inquiry target is not met within the initial 30-day launch period, the client may be eligible for a refund based on the shortfall relative to the agreed per-inquiry value.This guarantee applies only to the first 30 days following campaign launch and does not extend to any ongoing or future service periods.
Refund Structure
Refunds apply only to the setup fee, excluding a non-refundable portion used to cover software, tools, and implementation-related costs incurred during the launch period.
Exclusions
The guarantee does not apply to:• Revenue generated
• Booked appointments
• Closed jobs or sales outcomes
• Lead quality beyond reasonable tracking and review
Client Responsibilities (Guarantee Eligibility)
Eligibility for the guarantee requires:• Timely provision of required account and system access
• Proper functioning of tracking systems
• No significant disruption to campaigns during the period
• Reasonable availability to respond to inquiriesFailure to meet these conditions may impact eligibility.
Tracking & Attribution Limitations
All measurements are based on available tracking data and reasonable attribution. Perfect accuracy cannot be guaranteed due to technical limitations, platform behavior, or external factors.
Ongoing Services & Retainer
If the agreed inquiry target is met and the client chooses to continue, an ongoing monthly retainer will apply. The retainer amount is agreed upon prior to launch.The retainer operates on a month-to-month basis and may be cancelled by either party with reasonable notice.We reserve the right to adjust pricing over time. Clients will be notified in advance of any pricing changes before the next billing period.

Final Determination
All determinations regarding inquiry counts, refunds, and eligibility are made based on tracking data and reasonable review.This guarantee is intended to provide downside protection during the initial launch period and does not represent an ongoing performance guarantee.
Advertising Spend
The client is responsible for all advertising spend paid directly to platforms such as Google. This is separate from any service fees.
Payments
Payments for services are processed via Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s terms and conditions.
Third-Party Platforms
We rely on third-party platforms (including Google Ads, CRM systems, and payment processors) to deliver services and are not responsible for their performance or changes.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
